Argivar, the Prequel. Post ya scallywags.

So, as everyone here should already know, I'm writing a book called Argivar. Once that is finished, I'll be using this as the prequel. Yeah; everything that happens in this rp(as long as it's relevant and good for the story) will be in a book.
plot:
As the aftershocks end, you look around through the dust. you see people you know who were standing next to you when the earthquake began, and people who weren't anywhere near you in the first place. You realize that this is a new continent, with a completely altered climate and ecosystem. There are many different people here, and they all seem quite confused. Someone suggests that some sort of towns or cities be formed, so as to spread out through the continent. Everyone takes to this idea, and six people stand before the crowd. They all present the clan they are starting. They state who they are and what their clans are, as well as what the clan shall believe. Everyone begins scrambling to join a clan, and you find yourself moving towards this certain one, feeling they know what they're talking about and obviously share your interests.

The continents Europe and Africa have collided after a massive earthquake. People who were once thousands of miles apart are now mere feet from each other. There have been six clans presented, each taking up their own section of Eurafrica, in equal parts. The basic plot of this is surviving on a new continent, with no way of reaching the possible survivors on the other continents who were also affected by this quake. The basic goal here is to establish alliances or rivalries, find ways to make the clan leaders in the current book get to their power, and just have fun.

the basic clans:
The Pastafarians, who believe in the Flying Spaghetti Monster. They are a pirate race and thus live on the tropical coast. Their leader(prequel) is Jack "Moodybeard" Johnson, and Their later leader(current book) is Blackbeard the Pirate.

The Technology Club, whose members all share interest in technology, math, science, and other nerdy things. They are an intelligent race and live in their parents' basementsin Central Eurafrica(the middle). Their leader(prequel) is James "Canbuildanythingbetterthanyou" Zeckir, and their later leader(current book) is Robot Stephan Hawking.

The Archeologists, who love dinosaurs and everything else prehistoric, as well as Cracked.com and felt. They are an exciting race and live in the Sahara Desert, where they are finding many fossils that seem to be combinations of other dinosaurs. their leader(prequel) is Jason "Disprovingcreationismsince1994" Kerowitz, and the later leader(current book) is Alexander Goblinshark.

The Media Masters, who love everything that has to do with media, including Justin Beiber, Rebecca Black, and Katy Perry. They are a gullible race, and live in Municcairo, the only city left standing with a magazine factory. their leader(prequel) is Jessica "Gottareadthisblog" Parks, and their later leader(current book) is Samantha Baber.

The Emo Corner, whose people are sensitive, lonely, and scary. They are an interesting race and live in SE Eurafrica, where the sky is always dark with rainclouds. Their leader(prequel) is Juliet "Queenofdarkness" Mang, and their later leader(current book) is Sheoldred, the Whispering One.

The Environment Protectors, who are insane, care so much about the environment that they go to extreme lengths, and attend Westboro Baptist Church. They are a naive race and live in the Jungle of No Return, where the trees are always talking about the weather. Their leader(prequel) is Franky "Gottasavethatturtle" Grover.

Rules:
1. no perfect people. For every good quality about a person, there must be a bad one, and vice versa, and no two qualities may contradict one another.
2. Romance is fine, but please, don't go into detail about anything a sober person wouldn't do in front of others(romance-wise, not buying stock), and just keep it PG-13 at most.
3. There can be a romance between two people of different clans.
4. Try to avoid one-liners, cliffhangers, and chatspeak.
5. Try to respond to another person whose character has interacted with yours when you post.
